All our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The stay must be completed before the expiration date.

The choice is yours! When purchasing on Gift Up, you can choose to receive the PDF voucher at your own email address (to print it out and give it physically) or send it directly by email to the recipient on a specific date.

It's very simple: when booking on our website closdefougeres.com, just enter the unique code printed on the voucher in the “Promotional or gift code” field. The amount will be automatically deducted from the total.

Yes! If the amount on the gift card exceeds the price of the booked stay, the remaining balance will be retained on the same code and can be used for a future booking or additional services (table d'hôte, etc.) during the period of validity.

The beneficiary can simply pay the difference by credit card when booking online.

In accordance with our terms and conditions of sale, gift cards are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a third party if the original recipient is unable to use them.
